Dr. Martin Valins is a Diplomate of the American Board of Orthodontics. This is the highest level achievable in the orthodontic community. He received his undergraduate and dental degree from New York University and his Orthodontic degree from the University of Indiana.
Dr. Martin Valins has been practicing Orthodontics in the same location for more than 50 years. He has four daughters, Betsy, Julie, Deborah and Lisa. Of his four children, Lisa is the lucky one who was able to become an Orthodontist and work alongside her father.
Dr. Lisa Valins has received her undergraduate degree from SUNY Albany and her dental degree from the University of Connecticut. She completed her Orthodontic training at Temple University in Philadelphia. She did a general practice residency at Jamaica Hospital. She has worked alongside her father since she graduated. “Dr. Lisa” has four children, Jack, Emily, Sophia and Rayna.
